Does CCS offer free in-person estimates?
We certainly do! In fact, we generally require admittance to your facility for a site visit before the project begins at no cost. This ensures that no details have been overlooked, and that the overall vision of the project can realistically come to fruition. If your estimate does come with a cost, it is minimal and brought to our client’s attention and agreed upon before CCS begins work.
Does CCS offer routine maintenance services?
Yes. We not only provide these services, but we recommend them as well. At CCS we believe the end goal for your facility is that you won’t need us anymore, so we educate and train alongside our maintenance appointments. We have found our most successful clients use our knowledge effectively and learn for themselves the insides and outs of the systems we install.
What is the typical project timeline?
Timelines vary considering the project and size of your facility. CCS keeps your deadlines in mind and anticipates projected start dates to ensure the project runs smoothly and finishes on time.
How does CCS handle tight deadlines when working with clients?
Open and thorough communication is number one. In addition, we build/pre-assemble components ahead of time when we can. Facilities tend to have a lot going on, with grow schedules that must be worked around. Having equipment ready to be installed day one is paramount. This alleviates time constraints and keeps our overall timelines on track.
How does CCS ensure quality control on projects?
Communication between all parties involved is key. We work with you to formulate a complete understanding of the scope of work before a project ever begins. The systems we install are put online and commissioned to ensure everything is working properly before it is turned over to the client. We will walk you through everything before you sign off as “project complete”. We stand by our work and offer warranty on our services. As our client, you have the last say – if you’re not 100% satisfied, our work is not done.
Does CCS offer financing options?
We generally do not, but have in the past. Proposed costs are specifically tailored to each individual prospective client. We do find it is more financially feasible for our clients to purchase the equipment and components needed for the project directly from the manufacturer, thus ensuring you save money and time.
